Keep your team's training records in one place
A company workspace is scoped to your company only. It supports employee training and recordkeeping. It is not a complete AML program.
A workspace you create
Creating a workspace makes you its owner. It does not give you access to any other company. Matching a company name, an email domain or a company NMLS number never joins an existing workspace.
Invitation-only membership
You enter the intended work email and we create a one-use link that expires in 7 days. You share that link yourself. We do not claim to send email, because this app has no mail provider connected.
Accurate roster status
See invited, not started, in progress, passed and needs retake, plus company policy review status. Filter by job role, learner, date and course version.
Company policy, kept separate
Record your designated AML contact and your internal escalation procedure with a version number, then publish it. Publishing is your company's approval, not a regulator's. Until it is published, reports show Company policy review not configured.
Export without surprises
CSV export covers your company only and is escaped so spreadsheet software cannot execute cell contents as formulas.
Admins cannot change grades
Administrators can read saved attempts and print valid completion records. They cannot alter a score or create a completion that did not happen.
About due dates and renewals
You can set an optional due date and renewal interval. These are labeled Company policy. This product does not assert a universal annual deadline, a minimum number of training hours, a legally mandated passing score or a universal record retention period.
Documents completion of this awareness course. Not NMLS continuing education credit or a certification of regulatory compliance. Employers remain responsible for their AML programs and role-specific training.
